Alumni and Supporters Network

Are you a former student and would you be interested in supporting the development of current and future learners within the school?

Alumni talking to current students

We want to enrich our community by bringing together our past and present students through a St Paul’s alumni and supporters network.  As part of this network you can keep in touch with classmates, network with other alumni and make new connections.  It also lets you stay in touch with what’s happening at your old school.  In turn, you can help us by sharing your valuable experience and knowledge with our current students, helping them make the move towards higher education, training or careers.

The first step is to add your details to our alumni database by emailing alumniandsupporters@st-pauls.org.uk.  We can then tailor the activities and events that would work best for you and our students.

If you were willing to give up a little of your time, some of the ways you could be involved are:

  • delivering career specific information during our 'Work Related Learning' activity days offering practice interviews to Post 16 students in preparation for apprenticeships/work.
  • speaking to a year group/targeted group about your own journey from school to your current employment.
  • working with small groups of learners to help them recognise the value of their current education.
  • supporting Year 11/Post 16 students in identifying their next steps.

Or do you have an idea of your own that you could bring to inspire young people in their journey to higher education, apprenticeships or employment?
