St Paul's can have, and has had, four kinds of inspections by Ofsted.
- A full Ofsted Inspection which is called a Section 5 Inspection.
- A Section 8 Inspection which takes place when a school is previously judged to be good at its most recent Section 5 Inspection.
- An inspection of Religious Education and the Catholic Nature of the School. This is known as an Ofsted Section 48 Inspection.
- An Ofsted subject inspection where an Ofsted team visits to inspect one subject.

Ofsted Parent View
Parent View gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think about your child’s school, from the quality of teaching to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. The survey can be completed at any time; you don’t have to wait until the school is being inspected. You can find the Parent View website by clicking on the link here.
