Year 8 Begin Days Of Recollection

Year 8 have started their Days of Recollection this week. They are working together to explore the theme of charity and have been looking at what charity means, the role of charities in society and to consider the barriers that charities might face. As part of their discussions they have been learning more about the work of Catholic charity, CAFOD around the world.

The students have also been thinking of fundraising ideas for the Lent term. Days of Recollection give students the opportunity to get together as a tutor group for reflection, discussion, and some fun, and are an important part of their spiritual journey at St Paul's.
