Exploring Sport & Exercise Science

Mrs Donaldson and Mr Beckett took a group of Year 12 and Year 13 students to have a close look at the facilities on offer to undergraduate students should they wish to study Sport and Exercise Science at The University of Bedfordshire. The course leader explained that if they were fascinated by the science behind sport and exercise, this course would give them a rare chance to be part of a world leading research team.  The students then spent a couple of hours with a PhD student and were given an opportunity to use some of the equipment and put into practice some of the theories that they have learnt during their studies in school.
