Year 11 Explore Trinity College

This week a targeted group of Year 11 students were invited to join Mrs Albone (Senior Sixth From Tutor) on a visit to Trinity College Cambridge. They enjoyed a beautiful  short walk along “The backs” in the Spring sunshine, a tour around Trinity with current undergraduates, a lovely lunch in the medieval dining hall and a session about applying and studying at Oxford/ Cambridge and other UK universities in general.

This was followed by a very informative question and answer session where there was a lot of interesting discussion on topics including student finance and which A levels would best prepare students for courses at universities like Cambridge.
