A Prayer For Fr Paul

It is with great sadness that we tell you that Fr Paul Hardy died on Monday 22nd May. Fr Paul (pictured at his retirement celebration) was Chaplain at St Paul's for many years. He was also Parish Priest at St Edward's. Our students prayed for him in tutor groups today and we invite you to join us in praying for Fr Paul.

Let us pray for the repose of the soul of Fr Paul Hardy.  Long time friend and servant of St Paul’s Catholic School.

We give thanks for his life and for the many years of service he gave us.  We give thanks too for the love, care and friendship he showed to all staff and students over so many years.

We pray for those who mourn that they will receive comfort in the sure knowledge of the resurrection.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
